What’s involved in ensuring height safety compliance and making safety your business?
Step 1
Analysing your sites access needs – whether your site has plant & equipment that need servicing regularly or solar panels that need cleaning, it is imperative that you understand the risks associated with completing those tasks at height. Our Audit team conduct thorough inspections of all existing height safety equipment on your roof, identifying any non-compliances & all risks associated with working at heights, such as serviceable equipment within 2m of a fall edge.
Step 2
Documentation and reporting. The Anchor Safe team prepare a detailed inspection report and drawing, showing your existing roof layout with all identified hazards labelled. When required, we provide drone images of the sites to aid in our design / drawing / consultation process.
Step 3
Understanding your documentation. We take the time to review the findings on-site and outline your responsibility to manage the risk of falls from height & provide a safe working environment for contractors. The Anchor Safe team present the height safety system design and proposal for any necessary upgrades to make your sites compliant with AS1657 & AS1891.
Step 4
Take action & eliminate your risks. We have a national team of accredited height safety
installers who efficiently install and certify your systems to ensure compliance with Australian standards, codes & legislation. We will provide a comprehensive package of deliverables, including a Certificate of Compliance, As-built drawing, certification report, user manual, and a 10-year product / install warranty statement.
