The office and residential buildings at required safe roof access systems to be installed in compliance with AS/NZS 1891.4-2009 and AS 1657-2013. With two separate buildings, the solution needed to be tailored to the unique needs of each.
Delivering results from top to bottom
We thoroughly assessed both buildings and created tailored plans to suit each. Our assessment included measurements and photos to help streamline the supply and installation process.
Through our established supplier relationships we were able to source access hatches for fire access points through the only company in Australia that manufactures them.
Our two separate systems included the following:
Office building:
- 32 x 360° anchors
- 1350 mini access ladder
Residential building:
- 162m of aluminium roof walkway with three lengths of 40m static lines
- 2 x fire rated access hatches and fold down vista ladders
- 33 x 360° anchor points
