L. & G. Meats Pty. Ltd. operates the Parwan Protein facility in Victoria, converting abattoir by-products into fertiliser and industrial goods. Following the construction of a new tank and processing system, the site required safe, permanent access for ongoing maintenance. Without existing infrastructure, workers faced significant challenges reaching elevated service points safely and efficiently without disrupting live operations.
Anchor Safe was brought in to provide a compliant, long-term solution that integrates seamlessly with the new installation, ensuring safe multi-level access while supporting continuous production.
Delivering Results from Top to Bottom
We designed and installed a customised KOMBI industrial platform and stair access system tailored specifically to the new plant layout. The solution features a two-stage stair configuration leading to 6m and 7.4m elevated walkways, providing safe, practical access to critical service areas.
By working closely with the client, we refined the layout to align perfectly with daily maintenance workflows. This collaborative design process ensured the final system was practical, fully compliant, and installed with minimal disruption to the live production setting. The completed upgrade eliminates unsafe workarounds, drastically reducing site risk while boosting long term maintenance productivity.
