Anchor Safe Assurance 10-year Warranty
Anchor Safe warrants for a period of 10 years from the date of installation, that the product and workmanship is free from all defects - providing system is subject to normal use.
This Warranty only applies to defects which have arisen solely from faulty materials, fabrication or installation and does not apply to other defects including, without limitation the following: general wear & tear, incorrect usage, accidental damage, abuse, misuse, maltreatment, abnormal stress or strain, harsh or adverse treatment or neglect of any kind.
Warranty claims must include all details and should be made to Anchor Safe within 14 days of the appearance of the defect. Under no circumstances do we accept any liability for consequential loss.
Anchor Safe requires that the system be checked and re-certified every 12 months by a competent person in accordance with Australian Standards AS/NZS 1891.4:2009. If this is not complied with, this warranty will not be honoured.
