The height of safety

Everyone expects to work in a safe workplace and when there is no height system in place – it is difficult to secure contractors.  This was the case for Banksia Place Apartments in Melbourne who needed a solution that provided access to all roof areas, so contractors were kept safe when cleaning gutters, servicing air-conditioning units and completing general roof maintenance.

Delivering results from top to bottom

As a first-time Anchor Safe customer, Banksia Place Apartments were introduced to our process via their initial phone call and our follow-up site visit. Knowing that time was the essence to get a solution designed and installed for maintenance work to be completed, we scoped a compliant and practical system as soon as possible.

Not only did we design, supply and install a new roof access system for safe maintenance, we also provided the peace-of-mind of a five-year maintenance program including annual recertification of the newly installed system.

To ensure the client had everything they needed to start using the system, a harness kit including rope line and all necessary devices was also supplied.
